We got an awesome wedding/birthday gift (even if it was for our wedding, I will count it as birthday too cause we both have October birthdays!) from Mark and Stacy Foley (Scott's oldest brother and his wife). Scott had a little extra time that night to spend with me so we chose one of the quicker recipes (Beef Stroganoff) and headed for the store for the ingredients. We had fun cooking the meal (as you can tell from the delight look on Scott's face..no really, it was fun!) and it tasted even better. Thanks again Mark and Stacy. We love the cookbook.

yum, that seems like fun!
I love cookbooks! Very pretty dinner!
You guys are good cooks. I love that you're cooking from scratch so much. I need you as a friend b/c maybe you'll rub off on me. Thanks for the yummy dinner tonight!
I'm so glad that you guys could come! That was really fun. I was thinking that I want to make a bunch of meals one Saturday and freeze them. We should plan this project and do it! I have a friend who is SUPER organized (Chelsy) and she does that. I think it is a great idea!
How fun! We actually had stroganoff on Sunday, too.
Oh wow! I feel so famous!! Thanks for the shout out, Lindsay! We're so glad you like the cook book. :)
Hahaha...so much for my proofreading, eh?
Glad the meal turned out well. I agree--the whole grain noodles just don't do the meal justice. Stick with the egg noodles!
