It ends up turning intos something funny when we try time out. She might be too young still. Maybe I will wait a little longer.
Oh it's not too early! She's still sitting there! That's perfect!!!! You're doing a good job mom!!!
LOL! What did she do?
I'm with Kristin...it's not too early! I'm impressed with the fact that she kept herself in the corner where she was supposed to. If she can do that for one minute now, believe me, it's going to make it waaay easier for you to convince her to sit there for 2 or 3 minutes when she's older. I wish I had started earlier with Tate! Just make sure that before and after the time out you tell her ***while you have her eye contact*** why she is "doing time" (especially after). And then have her say sorry (if she can) and give you a hug at the end. Consistency is KEY! Hang in there and stick with it! OK, I'll climb down from my soap box now : ). If you need any extra motivation though, watch Supernanny on hulu.com--that's what helps me see the importance of it : )!
That was darling! What did she do??? She looks so cute!!! Little Tristan is too! She's a very Pretty little girl!!!
I'm pretty sure if i did time out with Saige, she'd be sitting in the corner ALL DAY! I only say that because it seems I'm constantly telling her NO! and cleaning up messes!
