Proof

For those that may have forgotten...I am pregnant. I feel like I have sort of neglected this poor unborn baby. Looking back through my old blog posts, I swear I had a post every other day for my progress on Ada. This pregnancy is going really well, though! I am now 23 weeks along and am feeling this little baby doing somersaults in my gut.

So people are often shocked when I tell them that I am prego. Here is the thing...my torso is abnormally long. In fact, if my legs were in proportion with my torso, I would probably be like 6'3". Anyway, back to the pregnancy. I feel like I am FINALLY starting to show. That my stomach is finally starting to round out and not just be brumpy (is that a word?). I told some of my friends that have not seen me for awhile that I would post a picture for them. So...here you go!

We are so excited to meet this little girl, but at the same time, know that another member of the family will mean a lot more craziness, so I am just enjoying the pregnancy.

We have a couple of names that we are really liking, but are still far from making a decision.

Anyway, so there you go. My prego belly is continuing to grow. The only complaint that I have is VARICOSE VEINS! Never had them before, but I am detesting these unsightly things and they hurt!!

I am very grateful, though, and excited to meet this little girl in October!

You're sooo lucky. I have an abnormally SHORT torso, meaning I start showing three months before I get pregnant.

Two IS more craziness. Enjoy her inside while you can! :)

Cute! Awesome proof you have there--what a nice beautiful shape you have : ). Thanks for the picture! Sorry to hear about the painful veins. The price we pay for our kids--if only they knew (before they grow up, right?).

Dear Mrs. Foley,
I think you are far too thin to be pregnant and because your entire body is still a toothpick, it makes the rest of us truly round prego peeps not want to ever post a picture. :) You look absolutely beautiful and I love your little belly. Congrats on everything but the veins. I hear they usually fade or sometimes even go away after the baby is born... here's hoping!

Looking lovely! I totally get how the 2nd one feels like it flies by and you don't pay as much attention to all the little mileststones along the way. Enjoy her while she's still in there, because 2 is a BIT of a transition! :)
