Tonight we went to our ward Trunk-or-treating and had a great time. The only complaint was there wasn't enough food for everyone (or maybe there was, and some people stuffed their faces!). The whole drive to the church Ada told us she would not be wearing her costume because it was going to be itchy (uh oh...sounds just like her mommy). How is it possible for felt to be itchy!? I assured her she would be just fine. She agreed to try her Butterfly costume on once we got to the church...and she kept it on. What a cute little Butterfly (I got the costumes at Old Navy for $5. Can't beat that) Pippi Longstalking and her little Cupcake

Our little family! I wanted to do something all coordinating, but when all was said and done, I just didn't have the time, energy or money to make it happen. Oh well, I was pleased that we even made it to the party.

Ada was so wound up from the fun night, it took her over an hour to fall asleep. She was just hanging out in her crib just chit chatting.
Fun times tonight

cute little family Lindsay! You look so great! I am sitting her, 5 1/2 months pregnant, eating saltines with Nutella on them and thinking, I bet she looks that great because she didn't sit around eating large amounts of nutella on crackers :)
You guys are just adorable, but I think you should have died your hair red to be a true Pippi Longstocking. Ha!
LOVE the post and Ada's little costume & yours of course. I remember those days. Very Cute!
You are the cutest, Lindsay. Love all the costumes! Happy Halloween!
fun, fun! I'm surprised you have the energy you do with tiny Ivy. Can't wait to see you guys soon!
I love how your Pippi costume included the theme "The Pippi Longstockings that looks like she never had any kids, let alone who had a baby just a few weeks ago". You look great, Linds! I love your little family picture on the bench. It reminds me of one we have when Audrey was a newborn. Kudos on making it to the party...you rock.
So cute! Love your costumes. I was trying to make the girls have a "theme" too, but in the end I just wanted it to be cheap and make Emmy happy. Next year I will fight for the theme though!
