Ada is 8 weeks and 2 days old now and she is still a big baby-no slowing down yet. She is 12 pounds 12.5 ounces and 23 3/4 inches long (or tall). That may sound small to you, but she is in the 95th percentile for both measurements. Also, her head is 15 1/2 inches around- 70th percentile.
Other than being a big chub, Ada is also learning how to make new noises and is on the verge of laughing.

Lindsay, Ada is huge!! I got Saige to laugh just the other day, but no luck since then! Thanks for the stats!!
So fun to have chubby babies. I love it. My kids were usually about 50th percentile but their heads were always 10th. chubby with pinheads. nice look.
Love the Chubs! Emmy just got long, never really chubby.

How cute! The sling looks great! I have one, but haven't used it yet. I really should try it out. Cute little Ada. I LOVE her smile! :) When is your Ragnar? I jogged last Tuesday! My legs felt like they were made of lead. It started to feel a little more normal after a few minutes. By my heart rate was way up!

I think it goes with the name! My Ada was and still is gigantic!
There is no shame in being in the 95%!!! That's where my kids always are. I am just raising the next generation of WNBA! And I have had my kids head to toe and pink and still get asked how old HE is! It just happened again to Camilla and she is a year and a half! Some people. :)
love the pictures, and the sling. Took me forever to learn how, but man in was a lifesaver.
I just heard the girls say "don't tell mom, kay" Better get going.
